Members of the Society may apply for travel grants continuously throughout the year. A freely formulated application should be submitted via the electronic application system well in advance of the trip. Log in with a personal profile (not an institutional profile). If you don’t have one, create it first. You will also need an application code that  can be obtained from the office.

The Board decides on applications at its next meeting, which is held on the third Monday of each month, except in April, June, and July. Grants are not awarded retroactively.

Decisions are sent via email. To receive the travel grant, you must log into your profile and complete a disbursement request.

The final report must be submitted via your profile no later than three months after the end date stated in the application. The report may be freely formulated.
